DOODLE DRIBBLERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings & Payments
After reserving a child’s place – payment will need to be made in order to secure the position. The whole term must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations / Refunds
Class fees are non-refundable unless authorisation is given by management of Doodle Dribblers. Each circumstance will be taken on its own merits and at our discretion. In exceptionable circumstances, it may be necessary for Doodle Dribblers to cancel a class. If this happens you will be given as much notice as possible and a credit will be given. If a class is cancelled due to adverse weather, beyond our control, refunds will not be issued. Refunds will not given if a child misses a class due to illness. However, if a child will be absent for a number of weeks due to a health issue, a credit may be given on production of a doctors certificate. We can not issue refunds for children who choose not to participate in the class or attend lessons. No refund will be given for weeks missed due to holidays.
Spectators & Supervision
We welcome family or friends to watch the lessons but do ask that only 1 person attends in any one class (in addition to the guardian participating). We are unable to allow siblings to attend classes as spectators for that child’s safety. We ask that parents/guardians supervise children in the classes.
Arrival & Departure Times
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes for your class as we can not guarantee entrance to the premises or the previous class may still be running. If you need to discuss any issues, please call Sarah on 07921 211059 rather than speaking to your teacher at the end of a class as they may need to prepare for the next class starting.
Disabilities
When booking, please give full details of any disability or special needs your child or you may have. It is the parents responsibility to notify us of any health issues to ensure safe and effective teaching methods are maintained. We are not prejudice and except all children to our classes however some venues may not be suitable for wheelchair access.
Class Etiquette
Please refrain from chatting during the class so the children are able to concentrate. Adults may be asked to leave the room if they continue to distract the class. Potty training is not allowed during classes for health & safety reasons. Please encourage your children to visit the toilet prior to the lesson – however please feel free to leave the lesson if your child requires the toilet. Children and adults are asked to be courteous to others during lessons. If your child becomes too disruptive, it is at the discretion of the teacher to ask you to leave the room. We ask that no food or drink is consumed by anyone including spectators during lessons.
Physical Contact
Sometimes teachers will make physical contact with a child during the lesson. If you would prefer a teacher not to have any physical contact – please notify us.
Photography
We allow you to take pictures during classes as long as the other parents in the room give consent. Please ask your teacher if you wish to take video footage or photos.
